We are excited to share the details of the upcoming Referee & Sparring Seminar!!! Grandmaster Nels Gyland and Grandmaster Doug Walker and the Masters of at Jun Kim's Martial Arts Center II will be hosting again. This will be a 2-part seminar. Come learn how to judge, referee, and run sparring matches as well as how to score and run poomsae and breaking rings. This portion of the seminar is for red and above only and is mandatory from red-6th Dan ages 13 & up.
Part two will focus on sparring and different sparring drills, techniques, kicks, with some light scrimmaging between students. This portion of the seminar is for yellow-advanced and above.
Check in times: Referee seminar (pt.1) 8:15am-8:45am. Sparring seminar (pt.2) 9:00am-9:30am
Start Time: The seminar will start promptly at 9:00am and end at 12:00pm
Attire: Full uniform is required.
Required Gear: Chest Protectors and Headgear, Hand Arm pad, Footpad and Mouthpieces, Groin Cup (for males) are required.
